Donald Edward Campbell, 77, of Park Hills passed away Sept. 12, 2014 at Barnes Jewish Hospital.  He was born April 9, 1937.  Preceded in death by parents – Jonah Campbell and Cora ‘Bridges’ Campbell,  by wife – Clara Campbell in 2010,  two brothers, three  sisters,  daughter- Melinda Jordan,  and son – Richard Campbell.     Survived by children – Wayne Campbell and wife Benita,   Donald Campbell,  Michael Campbell,  and Krista Wade and husband,  nine grandchildren, 1 great grandchild,  three sisters – Patricia Luchinni,  Linda Nolan and Roxanna Simily and husband John,  several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.    Memorial Service:  Saturday Sept. 27, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at House of Praise Church in Desloge.  With Josh Vandergriff.     Arrangements By Horton-Wampler Funeral Home.


David Wayne Schaffer Sr., 54, of Park Hills passed away Sept. 20, 2014 at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center.  He was born Aug. 2, 1960 in Phillipsburg, New Jersey.    Preceded in death by father – Raymond Schaffer,     mother – Dora Mae ‘Abbott’ Schaffer,    Survived by wife – Rebecca ‘Baker’ Seidenstricker ,  sons – Richard Schaffer and David Schaffer Jr.,   step-children – James Helm and fiancée Tammara,  Christine White and husband Tommy,  grandchildren – Crystal Dawn (Pumpkin) White and Tommy (Budmiser) White Jr.,   sisters and brothers -  Cheryl Frey,  Nancy and David Marino,  Raymond Schaffer, Weslie Schaffer, William Schaffer, Michael Schaffer, and Wayne Schaffer.    Memorial Service:  Monday Sept. 29, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at United Assembly of  God Church     Pastor Rob Hampton.    Arrangements by Horton-Wampler Funeral Home.


Gerald W. Politte, 78, of Park Hills,  passed away Sept. 21, 2014 at Country Meadows.   He was born May 27, 1936 in Eshter, Mo.  Preceded in death by parents  – Reese Virgil Politte and Norma ‘Lewis’ Politte Klober, by brother – Ronnie Politte,  and  sister – Emily Marie ‘Klober’ McCord.     Survived by sister – Faye ‘Politte’ Crabdree of Farmington,  sister-in-law – Pat Politte of Florida,  brother-in-law – Don McCord of Fla.,  special nephew – Kevin (Candy) Politte and he loved all other nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews also survive and many cousins and friends survive.    He served his country in the U.S. Army and retired as a surveyor with Mo DOT State.      VISITATION: was on Wednesday at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home 5:00 to 8:00 P.M.          SERVICE: was on Thursday Sept. 25, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home.   Rev. Harold Lynn ‘Lenny’ Ruble, 68, of Bismarck passed away Sept. 26, 2014 at St. Joe Manor.   He was born Oct. 28, 1945 in Elvins, Mo.    Preceded in death by parents – Harold Ruble and Lela ‘Thomas’ Ruble,  and by son – Matthew Ruble.    Survived by children – Gina and husband Donald Dunlap,  Pamela Ruble,  Steve Ruble  and wife Tina,  and Jeff Ruble,  11 grandchildren,    great grandchildren,  two sisters – Kathy French and husband Billy of Irondale and Ellen Warren and husband Bob of Farmington,  other relatives and friends also survive, and his special fishing friends.      VISITATION: Wednesday Oct. 1, 2014 at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home 10:30 A.M. to SERVICE TIME at 2:00 P.M.     Rev. Melbern ‘Jack’ Chapman, 92,  of Park Hills passed away Sept. 26, 12014 at NHC Health Care.  He was born April 28, 1922 in Elvins, Mo.   Preceded in death by parents – Charles Chapman and Amanda Jane ‘Murray’ Chapman,  and by two brothers and five sisters.     Survived by wife - Ruth ’Cricket’ (Vaughn) Chapman,  son – Harold Wayne Chapman and sue,   sister – Shirley Turner,  and by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.   Member of Park Hills United Methodist Church.   Life Time Member of Desloge VFW.     Memorial Service at a later date.     Arrangements by Horton-Wampler Funeral Home.
